Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns outside of warranty returns will be accepted and refunds issued for items returned within 30 days of order receipt.  No refunds will be given after the 30 day return period expires.  Items must be returned in like-new condition with all parts and accessories in the original packaging to receive a full refund.

 

All items purchased from the Black & Decker Webstore must be returned by mail only.  Items purchased from the Black & Decker Webstore can not be returned to Black & Decker Factory Store Outlets, Factory Service Centers or any retailer carrying Black & Decker products.

 

To return an item purchased from the Black & Decker Webstore use the Return Form and UPS shipping label received with your original order.  Complete and enclose the Return Form along with the item to be returned in the original packaging or similar packaging for shipping.  Attach the UPS shipping label to the outside of the box.  Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label to ensure your return is shipped correctly.  Drop the return off at the nearest UPS store or call for a pick up.

 

Items must be returned using a UPS label provided by the Black & Decker Webstore in order to be processed for a refund correctly.  If you no longer have the UPS shipping label included with your original order, please follow the directions below for reissuing your return shipping label.  Do not mail your items to be returned using another method as we will be unable to track your return and can not issue a refund for items shipped outside of our returns process.

 

Please allow 3-4 weeks to for your return to be received and processed for refund.  You will receive email notification from the Black & Decker Webstore when your refund has been processed.

 

Reissuing a Return Shipping Label 

If you have lost or misplaced the return shipping label you received with your order, follow one of the two instructions below to obtain a new shipping label.

 

1. Call customer support at 866-885-1377 for assistance.  Please have your order information and Amazon account information ready for customer support.

 

2. Email customer support at support.blackanddecker@bdkmail.com with the following information: Order ID, Email Address, Purchase Date and item to be returned.

 

Exchanges 

Black & Decker’s Webstore does not offer exchanges.  If you would like to make an exchange, please use the returns process to return the item you wish to exchange within the 30 day return period for a refund.  Then place a separate order for the new item.  You will be charged separately for your new order.  You will receive a refund for your returned item in the standard period of 3 to 4 weeks.
